摘　　要：目的:比较生物陶瓷类根管封闭剂iRoot SP单尖充填及AH Plus热牙胶充填的充填质量、术后疼痛及临床疗效。方法:从2021年5月~10月在南京市口腔医院接受根管治疗的患者中,选择100颗符合纳入标准的已行iRoot SP单尖充填及AH Plus热牙胶垂直加压充填的单根管患牙。根据术后根尖X线片评价根管充填质量,在治疗后的7 d内,采用视觉模拟量表通过电话随访对术后疼痛进行评估。6个月后83人参与回访,根据每颗患牙复诊时临床和影像学检查结果,通过评估根尖周指数计算治愈率及有效率。结果:研究组恰填率为70%,高于对照组60%,但二者无显著差异(P>0.05);比较术后24 h、72 h及7 d的疼痛评分,24 h内研究组疼痛反应较轻(P<0.05);6个月的观察期,研究组和对照组患者治疗有效率分别为94.9%和90.9%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:iRoot SP结合单尖充填法短期内与热牙胶垂直加压法一样可达到良好的临床疗效,而且操作更简单,节省临床时间,患者舒适度较好,更符合舒适化治疗理念。Objective:To compare the clinical outcome of root canal treatments undertaken using bioceramic root canal sealers in combination with single cone obturation technique with AH Plus and warm vertical condensation.Methods:Totally 100 patients(100 teeth)which met the inclusion criteria of undertaken using iRoot SP with synchronized hydraulic condensation and AH Plus with warm vertical condensation in Nanjing Stomatological Hospital were selected.The quality of root canal filling was evaluated by X-ray examination,and postoperative pain was assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS)and survey by telephone were given to the patients.After 6 months,83 patients were followed up.According to the clinical and radiographic follow-up performed of each tooth.Treatment success was assessed by evaluating the periapical index(PAI).Results:The rate of correct filling was 70%in the study group,higher than 60%in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the pain score at 24 h,72 h and 7 days after operation,the pain response in the study group was less than that in the control group within 24 hours(P<0.05).At the 6-month observation period,the effective rates of the study group and the control group were 94.9%and 90.9%,respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:iRoot SP with synchronized hydraulic condensation can achieve good clinical effect,and the operation is simpler,the patient’s comfort is better.Single-cone obturation with iRoot SP sealer is a viable root canal filling technique.
