摘  要:目的:观察乳磨牙牙根及根管的数量、类型以及分布特点。方法:回顾性分析牙根尚未发生吸收的我院就诊患儿的口腔乳磨牙CBCT影像。结果:纳入4~9岁的73例患儿(49男,24女)共578颗乳磨牙,发现上颌乳磨牙多以3个牙根且每个牙根1个根管为主,而下颌乳磨牙以近远中2个牙根且每个牙根有2个根管为主。上颌乳磨牙近中颊根最长,第二近中颊根最短,两者差异具有统计学意义。其他牙根和根管之间差异并没有统计学意义。结论:用CBCT评估乳磨牙根管数量和形态的变化,可帮助临床医生更好地掌握乳磨牙的根管形态。Objective:To observe the change of root canal number and shape of primary molars.Methods:The CBCT images of oral primary molars of children in our hospital whose roots had not yet been absorbed were analyzed retrospectively.Results:It was included 578 second primary molars from 73 children(49 males and 24 females)aged 4~9 years, and found that maxillary primary molars mainly have three roots and one root canal for each root, while mandibular primary molars mainly have two roots and two root canals for each root.The mesiobuccal root of maxillary primary molars was the longest, while the second mesiobuccal root was the shortest, and the difference between them was statistically significant.There were no significant difference between other roots and root canals of primary molars.Conclusion:CBCT can help clinicians better grasp the root canal morphology of primary molars.
