摘  要:为了描述回转窑-矿热炉工艺中回转窑内部煤粉-炉气间气固两相传热传质机理和燃料混合燃烧特性,建立了三维气固两相燃料混合燃烧计算模型,揭示了气固两相的传热传质机理,探究气-固燃料的混合燃烧对粉煤燃烧速率、火焰特性和烟气成分等的影响。结果表明:采用气固燃料的混合燃烧有助于增强燃料的湍动性,促进煤粉挥发和燃烧,提高窑内高温区范围,提高燃料利用率,焙烧区范围由11.4 m增加到22.9 m。In order to describe the gas-solid two-phase heat and mass transfer mechanism and characteristics of co-combusting between pulverized coal and furnace gas in rotary kiln submerged arc process, a three-dimensional gas-solid two-phase co-combustion calculation model was established, the heat and mass transfer mechanism of gas-solid two-phase was revealed, and the effects of co-combustion on pulverized coal combustion rate, flame characteristics and flue gas composition were explored. It was found that the co-combustion of gas-solid fuel was helpful to enhance the turbulence of fuel, and promote the volatilization and combustion of pulverized coal. The range of high temperature zone was increased. The range of roasting zone was increased from 11.4 m to 22.9 m.
