摘　　要：人工智能技术为我们带来生活便利的同时,对法学教育也产生了冲击和影响。从长期来看,法学高等教育的改革势在必行。我国目前存在法学高等教育与新兴科技结合不够紧密、研究方法和教学方法单一、对学生的有效输出能力培养不足等问题。我们需要充分利用人工智能的技术优势,结合法学教育的特点,找到适合未来法学高等教育改革的合适路径。这种路径可以有效增强高等教育的教学效果,提升学生的学习效率和学习兴趣,同时,也培养了学生终身学习的态度,为未来法律人才的培养奠定坚实的基础。Artificial intelligence technology brings us convenience in life,meanwhile,it also has impact and influence on our legal education.In the long run,the reform of higher legal education is imperative.At present,the combination of higher legal education and new science and technology is not close enough,single research and teaching methods,and insufficient training of effective output ability for students.We need to make full use of the technological advantages of artificial intelligence and combine the characteristics of legal education to find a suitable path for the reform of higher legal education in the future.This path can effectively enhance the teaching effect of higher education,improve students’learning efficiency and interest in learning,and cultivate students’lifelong learning attitude,laying a solid foundation for the cultivation of legal talents in the future.
