镉在香菇子实体不同部位及不同生长发育阶段的分布研究

摘　　要：以9株香菇菌株为供试材料,通过添加外源镉的方式研究香菇子实体不同部位、不同出菇潮次、子实体不同发育阶段镉含量的差异。结果表明:子实体不同部位镉含量从高到低依次为菌褶>菌盖>菌柄;第一潮菇子实体菌盖的镉含量高于第二潮菇子实体菌盖的镉含量;不同发育阶段菌盖的镉含量依次为原基期>生长期>成熟期>开伞期。建议后续研究中香菇重金属镉的取样时期为第一潮菇子实体成熟阶段的菌盖部位。Using 9 strains ofLentinula edodesas the test materials,the Cd content differences in different parts ofLentinula edodesfruiting body,different times of fruiting and different development stages of fruiting body were studied by adding exogenous Cd. The results showed that the order of Cd content in different parts of fruiting body from high to low was gill > cap > stipe;The Cd content in cap of the first fruiting was higher than that of the second fruiting;The Cd content in cap at different development stages was in the order of primordium stage >growth stage > mature stage > umbrella opening stage. It is suggested that the sampling period of heavy metal Cd inLentinula edodesin the follow-up study should be the cap part at mature stage of the first fruiting.
