摘 要:支链氨基酸是人体内的必需氨基酸,包括亮氨酸、异亮氨酸和缬氨酸,具有促进蛋白质合成、提高机体免疫力和促进胚胎发育等生理功能。近年来,越来越多的研究提示,支链氨基酸与运动存在着密切联系,但尚未有研究对两者关系进行完全阐明。通过中国知网、Web of Science、PubMed等数据库对支链氨基酸与运动的相关研究进行梳理,阐释支链氨基酸与能量代谢、运动供能、肌肉力量、运动性疲劳、运动损伤和过度运动造成免疫抑制的潜在联系,旨在为支链氨基酸与运动的相关研究及其在运动领域的应用提供科学的理论参考。Branched-chain amino acids(BCAA)are essential amino acids in the human body,including leucine,isoleucine and valine,and have functions such as promoting protein synthesis,improving immunity and promoting embryonic development.Physiological functions.In recent years,an increasing number of studies have suggested that there is a close relationship between BCAA and exercise,but no study has yet fully elucidated the relationship between the two.In view of this,this paper compares the research on BCAA and exercise through the databases of CNKI,Web of Science and PubMed,and explains the potential links between BCAA and energy metabolism,exercise energy supply,muscle strength,exercise fatigue,exercise injury and immunosuppression caused by excessive exercise.The aim is to provide a scientific and theoretical reference for research on BCAA and exercise and the application of BCAA in the field of exercise.
