摘　　要：文中就新征程“加快建设体育强国”的体育发展新目标,以6位体育学与社会学领域的专家主题叙事为基础进行经验材料收集,并在此基础上围绕该主题叙事进行质性研究,试图借此讨论中国式体育现代化发展的理论逻辑与实践向度。研究认为,对于中国式体育现代化发展而言:①以人为本是其理论理性,其中,共同体意识的形成是思想基础,个体权利与集体权益的结合为关键保障,调和个体与现代化之间的关系则是指导逻辑;②自下而上新发展之路的开拓是其实践理性,自下而上之路的内涵具体表现于,体育作为公民基本权利的全民共享性、体育作为健康治理手段的基础性以及体育作为现代化生活方式的自主性;③以文化作为推动发展深化的引擎是其实质理性,体育文化动力的获取要从凝练体育记忆中的文化力量、发掘传统体育中的文化根本,以及提升体育科技中的文化技术等3个角度着手。研究为体育强国元理论、事件团结机制、筑牢共同体意识和公民体育权益研究拓宽了讨论空间.Guided by the objective of“moving faster to build China into a country strong in sports”on the new journey,a qualitative study was conducted on its thematic narrative,with a basis on a semi-constructed interview with six experts in sociology and sport.In so doing,it is intended to figure out the theoretical logic and practical orientation for the Chinese path to sport modernization.And we thought that for the goal of Chinese sport modernization,firstly,people-centred approach is the theoretical rationality,which could be divided into three parts that community consciousness is the very basis,while the combination of individual rights and collective interests is the key requisite and its practical logic is about to mediate the relationship between human and modernization.Then,the new bottom-up development road is practical rationality,and its connotation is manifested by the sharing of sports as citizens’basic rights,the foundation of sports as a means of health governance,and the autonomy of sports as a modern way of life.And finally,taking culture as the engine to promote development is its substantive rationality.The acquisition of sports cultural power should start from three aspects:refining the cultural power in sports memory,exploring the cultural roots in traditional sports,and improving the cultural technology in sports science and technology.The research expands the discussion for the study of meta-theory of leading sporting nations,event solidarity mechanism,community awareness and citizens’sports rights and interests.
