摘　　要：以知识管理为导向进行档案管理,是档案馆优化工作和管理流程的发展趋势和重要目标。论文从知识识别、知识组织、知识融合、价值创造四个方面对非物质文化遗产档案管理进行分析,阐述非物质文化遗产档案管理中实施知识管理的必要性,构建适用于非物质文化遗产档案的知识管理框架,并提出基于知识管理的非物质文化遗产档案管理的优化路径,不仅有利于档案管理的质量提升,更有利于发挥知识管理在非物质文化遗产档案资源利用和知识创新中的重要作用。Taking knowledge management as the guidance to carry on the archives management is the development trend and the important goal of the archives optimization work and the management flow.This paper analyzes intangible cultural heritage archives management from the perspectives of knowledge ordering and acquisition,knowledge organization and storage,knowledge sharing and innovation,to explain the necessity of implementing knowledge management in Intangible Cultural Heritage Records Management,and to construct a framework for knowledge management applicable to Intangible Cultural Heritage Records,the paper also puts forward the optimal path of Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives management based on knowledge management,which is not only conducive to the improvement of the quality of archives management,but also beneficial to the improvement of the quality of archives management,knowledge management plays an important role in intangible cultural heritage resource utilization and knowledge innovation.
