摘 要:WWP2是编码Nedd4家族E3连接酶的成员之一,含有E3泛素蛋白连接酶2的WW结构域,其可与目标蛋白结合从而发挥相应作用。随着近年来对WWP2研究的增多,发现WWP2不仅与干细胞自我更新及免疫系统相关,也在多种疾病尤其在肿瘤中的功能作用日渐清晰。WWP2可作为一种肿瘤进展和预后的生物标志物,为开发新的抗肿瘤药物提供潜在的治疗靶点。这篇综述主要阐明了WWP2的结构和相关功能,以及在各种疾病中所发挥的作用和扮演的角色。WWP2 is one of the members of the E3 ligases of coding Nedd4 family, contains the WW domain of E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 2,which can bind to the target protein to play a corresponding role.With the increase of WWP2 research in recent years, it is found that WWP2 is not only related to stem cell self-renewal and immune system, but also has functions in many diseases, especially in tumor.WWP2 can serve as a biomarker of tumor progression and prognosis, providing potential therapeutic targets for the development of new antitumor drugs.This review mainly elucidates the structure and related function of WWP2,as well as the important roles in various diseases.
