现代服装企业财务共享模式建设路径研究

摘　　要：随着现代服装企业的快速发展,财务规范化与标准化是制约服装企业财务的关键。其中,财务共享模式凭借着整合与优化优势,有效降低了企业的财务成本,提高了服装企业财务工作效率。以财务共享模式为研究切入点,探讨财务共享模式对服装企业的重要性;提出了当前服装企业财务共享模式建设中存在的问题;从加强机制建设、推动共享理念、采用管理会计三方面提出了服装企业财务共享模式建设路径,以期通过研究有效提升服装企业财务服务质量,推动服装企业财务健全发展。With the rapid development of modern clothing enterprises, financial standardization and standardization is the key to restrict the financial affairs of clothing enterprises. Among them, the financial sharing mode has effectively reduced the financial costs of enterprises and improved the financial efficiency of clothing enterprises by virtue of the advantages of integration and optimization. Taking the financial sharing mode as the research entry point, this paper discusses the importance of the financial sharing mode for clothing enterprises;The problems existing in the construction of financial sharing mode of apparel enterprises are put forward;From three aspects of strengthening mechanism construction, improving dynamic analysis,and adopting management accounting, this paper puts forward the construction path of financial sharing mode of clothing enterprises, with a view to effectively improving the quality of financial services of clothing enterprises and promoting the sound development of clothing enterprises’ finance through research.
