摘  要:本文从垃圾处理工艺出发,结合工程试验,研究了压缩机工艺参数对垃圾压缩密度的影响,确定了本压缩机的压缩工艺流程。在此基础上,完成了水平预压式垃圾压缩机的结构设计;利用ANSYS软件对压缩机的关键结构进行有限元分析,得出了关键结构的应力分布;结合有限元分析结果,对压缩机关键结构进行优化,完成了水平预压式垃圾压缩机的轻量化设计。In this paper,the effect of compressor process parameters on the compression density of garbage was studied based on the waste treatment process and engineering tests.The compression process flow of the compressor is established.On this basis,the structural design of horizontal preloading garbage compressor is completed.The finite element analysis of the key structure of the compressor is done by software,and the stress distribution of the key structure is obtained.Combined with the finite element analysis results,the key structure of the compressor was optimized,and the lightweight design of the horizontal preloading garbage compressor was completed.
