摘　　要：本文介绍了CO_(2)气保焊丝用钢ER70S-6盘条的化学成分要求及控制,分析了焊丝钢拉拔断丝及镀铜色差的原因,结合生产实际,制定了下一步优化工艺以便改善ER70S-6焊丝钢盘条的综合性能。This paper introduces the chemical composition requirements and control of ER70S-6 wire rod for CO_(2)gas welding wire, analyzes the reasons of wire breakage and color difference of copper plating, and formulates the next optimization process in order to improve the comprehensive performance of ER70S-6 wire rod based on the production practice.
