摘　　要：农林经济管理专业实习对于加深学生对“三农”问题的深入了解、提高学生分析经济、社会现象的能力和增强学生的职场适应能力具有重要作用。然而,由于愿意接收学生实习的企业单位较少,政府在大学生实习中的协调管理不到位,部分学校对学生实习采取放任的态度,部分学生提供虚假的实习材料,使实习效果大打折扣。建议高校应加强对农经实习基地的建设,将学生被动实习变为主动实习;同时,政府应倡导企业承担社会责任,为大学生实习提供便利。The practice in economics and management major of agriculture and forestry plays an important role for deepening the in-depth understanding of“three rural issues”,improving the ability to analyze economic and social phenomena,and enhancing the ability to adapt to the workplace.However,a few enterprises are willing to accept students’practice,the coordination and management of the government in students’practice is not enough.Some universities adopt a permissive attitude,some students provide false practice materials,which greatly affects the practice effect.It was suggested that colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of practice bases for economics and management major of agriculture and forestry,students’passive practice should be changed to active practice.At the same time,the government should advocate enterprises to assume social responsibilities and provide convenience for college students’practice.
