摘 要:基于航迹关联,分析了雷达系统误差致使目标分裂的原因,提出了一种在多雷达多传感器下的自适应误差校正方法,主要包括目标态势统计、目标数据关联、系统误差估计。该方法优于传统的方法,主要利用统计和关联的策略,对系统误差下的分裂目标进行模型匹配并加以校正,既不受每个站点都要有真实目标作为参考的局限限制,又通过模型来进行航迹数据关联,能够减少观测噪声的影响。该方法在工程应用方面的自适应性和通用性较好,已部署应用于对海雷达的船舶监视管理系统,能够有效校正多基站雷达的系统误差,大量减少目标分裂和错误关联的概率,提升了数据融合的精确性,以及目标跟踪的稳定性。Based on track association, the reason of target splitting caused by radar system error is analyzed, and an adaptive error correction method based on multi-radar and multi-sensor is proposed, which mainly includes target situation statistics, target data association and system error estimation.This method is superior to the traditional method, and it mainly uses the strategy of statistics and association to perform model matching and correction of the split target under the system error.It is not limited by the limitation that each site should have real targets as the reference, also uses the model to correlate track data, which can reduce the influence of observation noise.The method has good adaptability and versatility in engineering application, and has been deployed and applied to the ship monitoring and management system based on the sea radar, which can effectively correct the system error of multi-base station radars, greatly reduce the probability of target splitting and error association, improve the accuracy of data fusion and the stability of target tracking.
