儒家内圣外王思想在大学生人格教育中的价值研究

摘　　要：内圣外王是儒家最高人格理想,其中蕴含进取精神,给人以道德激励;蕴含务实精神,体现坚忍意志品质;蕴含自觉精神,体现主体责任担当;蕴含“治人”思想,体现远大政治理想。针对当代大学生存在的某些人格缺陷,高校可以运用内圣外王人格思想培养其“内圣”人格,用“大学之道”培养其至善的道德品质;用“自强不息”的精神培养其勇于进取的意志品质;用“达己达人”的思想培养其合作意识;用“依于仁,游于艺”的思想培养其良好的综合素质。高校还可以运用内圣外王人格思想培养大学生的“外王”人格,不断提高大学生的社会责任感,树立正确的政治价值观,帮助大学生实现更高的人生价值。Neisheng Waiwang,literally,“Sage Within and King Without”,summarizes a learning both sound in theory and practice and stands for the Confucian ideal of personality,containing enterprising spirit,practical attitude,self-responsibility,and ambitious political ideals.Against the personality defects of contemporary college students,universities can put such Confucian thoughts into cultivating the Neisheng and Waiwang personality of college students,the former involving the moral quality of supreme goodness,enterprising persistence,sense of cooperation and excellent comprehensive quality,while the latter involving strong sense of social responsibility and correct political values.
