摘  要:近年来,在全球广泛使用的移动端社交媒体,为世界民众提供了重要的交流和互动平台,移动端社交媒体的发展也为我国文化的走出去带来了更积极的前景。从现实情况来,当前我国通过移动端社交媒体进行文化走出去已经取得了一定程度的进展,但仍面临文化接受过滤性的存在、国外民众长期以来对我国形成的刻板印象、西方对我国社交媒体“文化渗透”的疑虑以及政府在推动社交媒体进行文化走出去方面发挥的引领作用不足等一系列问题。有效解决这些问题将有利于进一步优化和推进我国移动端社交媒体在文化走出去中发挥出更积极有效的作用。In recent years,the wide use of mobile social media in the world provides an important communication and interaction platform for people all over the world.In this context,the development of mobile social media has also brought more positive prospects for China s culture to go global.From the actual situation,at present,China has made some progress in cultural going out through mobile social media,but it still faces a series of problems,such as the existence of cultural acceptance filtering,the stereotype of foreign people on China for a long time,the doubts of the West about the“cultural penetration”of China s social media,and the insufficient leading role of the government in promoting social media to cultural going out.An Effective solution of these problems will help to further optimize and promote China s mobile social media to play a more active and effective role in cultural going global.
