平泉市食用菌优势特色产业旅游开发研究

摘　　要：平泉市食用菌产业特色优势明显、产业链条完整,是一种独具特色的主题农业旅游资源,市场开发前景广阔。立足平泉市的食用菌资源和产业发展现状,分析发展食用菌产业旅游的优势条件,恰当处理食用菌产业与旅游业的关系,合理配置产业要素。围绕开发食用菌主题产业旅游,提出建立产业生态博物馆的顶层设计,深挖产业文化内涵,广泛营销主题旅游,设置体验活动、研发旅游购物品、开发主题餐饮,实现食用菌特色产业的业态拓展、链条延伸、转型升级。The edible fungus industry in Pingquan City,with its obvious characteristic advantages and complete industrial chain,is a unique resource of theme agricultural tourism with a huge market potential.Based on the current situation of edible fungus resources and industry development in Pingquan City,this paper analyzes the advantages of developing edible fungus industry tourism,properly handles the relationship between edible fungus industry and tourism,and rationally allocates industrial elements.Focusing on the development of edible fungus theme industry tourism,this paper proposes that greater efforts be made in top-level design of the industrial ecological museum,excavation of the connotation of industrial culture,extensive marketing of themed tourism,organization of experience activities,research on tourism shopping items,and development of themed catering,so as to realize characteristic industrial business expansion,chain extension,transformation and upgrading.
