摘　　要：患者女性,73岁,左眼白内障摘除术后1个月相继出现双眼角膜溃疡,诊断为双眼眼黏膜类天疱疮、左眼白内障摘除术后,分别行左眼羊膜移植术及右眼板层角膜移植术,同时联合口服免疫抑制剂治疗,患者病情稳定。The patient is a 73-year-old female who developed bilateral corneal ulcers one month after cataract surgery in her left eye.The diagnosis is bilateral conjunctival pemphigoid.She underwent a left-eye amniotic membrane transplant and a right-eye lamellar corneal transplant,and was treated with oral immunosuppressants.The patient′s condition is stable.
