心理社会功能作为抑郁症远期疗效指标的意义及其评估

摘　　要：抑郁症的治疗目标已经从控制症状转变为实现功能恢复。功能的概念也已经从过去的社会功能转变为心理社会功能。长期以来, 抑郁症患者心理社会功能的评估工具使用混乱, 本文中梳理了有关抑郁症功能评估的工具, 推荐了相应的评估策略, 并强调了心理社会功能作为抑郁症远期疗效指标的意义。The aim of treating depression has gone from symptom control to functional recovery.The concept of functioning has also shifted from social functioning to psychosocial functioning.For a long time,the use of assessment tools for psychosocial functioning has been confused in depressed patients.In this paper,we sort out the tools regarding the assessment of depression functioning.In addition,we recommend corresponding evaluation strategies and emphasize the significance of psychosocial functioning as a long-term indicator of depression.
