摘　　要：酒精使用障碍是物质使用障碍中常见的一类疾病, 由于其发病率高、并发症多、复发率高导致严重的社会经济负担, 因而日益得到重视。近年来关于酒精使用障碍发病机制的研究已涉及认知功能损害方面。事件相关电位由于其具有高时间分辨率的特性, 可为酒精使用障碍患者认知功能损害提供客观的量化指标。本文中对近年来事件相关电位在酒精使用障碍中的研究进行总结, 综述酒精使用障碍患者在注意偏倚、抑制控制、错误反馈方面与酒精依赖行为相关的认知损害。Alcohol use disorder(AUD)was the most common substance use disorder.Due to its high incidence rate,high recurrence rate,and serious complications which lead to serious social and economic burdens,AUD has achieved more and more attention.In recent years,researches on the pathogenesis of AUD have involved cognitive impairment.Due to its high temporal resolution,the event-related potentials could provide objective quantitative indicators for cognitive impairment in patients with AUD.This article summarized the studies of event-related potential in alcohol use disorders research and reviewed the cognitive deficits in attention bias,inhibitory control,and error feedback associated with alcohol-dependent behavior in individuals with alcohol use disorders.
