摘 要:目的:了解硕士学历护士体面劳动感知现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用一般情况调查表、体面劳动感知量表、工作-家庭支持量表、中国护士工作压力源量表对河南省郑州市12所综合医院的379名硕士学历的护士进行调查。结果:硕士学历护士体面劳动感知得分为(50.89±11.79)分。回归分析结果显示,是否担任领导职务、工资收入、是否为专科护士、每年参加学习次数、家庭支持、工作支持、工作压力影响硕士学历护士的体面劳动感知(P<0.05),共解释总变异的69.7%。结论:硕士学历护士体面劳动感知水平有待提升,医院管理人员需要结合实际情况制定行之有效的应对方案,全面增强硕士学历护士体面劳动感知水平。Objective: To explore the current situation of decent work perception in nurses with master degree and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods: Random sampling method was adopted and a total of 379 nurses with master degree in 12general hospitals in Zhengzhou were included. A general information questionnaire, decent work perception scale, work-family support scale and Chinese nurse work stressor scale were used. Results: The decent work perception score of nurses with master degree was 50.89±11.79. The regression analysis showed that the leadership position, salary income, whether you are a specialist nurse, the number of times of studying or further education per year, family support, work support, and work pressure were influencing factors of the perception of decent work in nurses with master degree(P<0.05), which were explaining 69.7% of the total variance. Conclusion: The level of decent work perception among nurses with master degree needs to be improved and hospital managers need to formulate effective plans based on the actual situation to comprehensively enhance the level of decent work perception among nurses with master degree.
