摘　　要：外斜性双侧核间性眼肌麻痹(WEBINO)是一种罕见的眼运动障碍综合征,主要以双眼内收不能、双侧外展性眼球震颤、会聚功能障碍及第一眼位外斜视为特点。作者报道1例脑桥背盖部梗死致WEBINO综合征伴眩晕的患者,并结合相关文献,探讨脑桥梗死所致WEBINO综合征的临床特点及发病机制,以提高临床医师对WEBINO综合征的早期识别及干预。Wall-eyed bilateral internuclear ophthalmoplegia(WEBINO)is an uncommon ocular motility disorder that encompasses the following clinical signs:bilateral adduction deficits,bilateral abducting nystagmus,convergence lost,and exotropia in primary gaze.A case of WEBINO syndrome with vertigo caused by pontine dorsal tegmental infarction is now reported.Combined with the relevant literatures,the clinical characteristics and pathogenesis of WEBINO caused by pontine tegmental infarction were discussed,so as to help clinicians enhance the early recognition and intervention of WEBINO caused by pontine tegmental infarction.
