摘  要:采用实验室试验和ANSYS数值仿真法开展安全帽降温改性材料最佳配比的实验,并以石家庄季节气候条件模拟分析了季节特征温度和风速对安全帽降温效果的影响。结果表明:(1)当PET涂料和新型纳米隔热涂料质量比为1∶3时,降温幅度最大,为11.6℃;(2)普通安全帽与改性安全帽的温度云图均随着远离帽顶区域呈现出“层状分布”的降低趋势,且外界环境温度越高,改性安全帽降温效果越好;(3)当风速低于5 m/s时,改性安全帽降温效果显著,降温1.4~3.2℃;随着风速的增大,太阳辐射吸收率急剧减小,安全帽热传递方式基本只存在与环境的对流换热,2种安全帽的降温效果趋于相同。Laboratory tests and ANSYS numerical simulation were used to carry out experiments on the optimal ratio of safety helmet cooling modification materials,and the influence of seasonal characteristic temperature and wind speed on the cooling effect of safety helmets was simulated and analyzed with Shijiazhuang seasonal climate conditions.The results show that:(1)When the mass ratio of PET coating and new nano thermal insulation coating is 1∶3,the cooling range is the largest,11.6℃;(2)the temperature clouds of both ordinary and modified helmets show a decreasing trend of"laminar distribution"with the area away from the top of the cap;the higher the external environment temperature is,the better the temperature reduction effect of modified helmets is;when the wind speed was high,the temperature reduction effect of modified helmets was better.(3)when the wind speed is lower than 5 m/s,the modified safety helmet cooling effect is significant,cooling 1.4~3.2℃;with the increase of wind speed,the solar radiation absorption rate decreases sharply,the safety helmet heat transfer mode basically only exists with the environment convection heat exchange,the two kinds of safety helmet cooling effect tends to be the same.
