摘　　要：为解决对三聚氰胺废渣处理不当所造成的环境污染和资源浪费的问题,重点探讨了三聚氰胺废渣的资源化利用问题。对基于三聚氰胺废渣制备三聚氰胺尿酸盐的原理进行研究,分别设计了三聚氰胺废渣制备三聚氰胺尿酸盐的单因素实验和正交实验,探讨了制备的最佳工艺参数,并对最佳工艺参数下三聚氰胺尿酸盐的产率和转化率进行验证。In order to solve the problems of environmental pollution and resource waste caused by improper treatment of melamine waste residue,the resource utilization of melamine waste residue is mainly discussed.The principle of preparation of melamine urate based on melamine waste residue was studied.The single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment of preparation of melamine urate from melamine waste residue were designed respectively.The best process parameters of preparation were discussed,and the yield and conversion of melamine urate under the best process parameters were verified.
