摘 要:当前,大气污染形势严峻,柴油车排放法规日益严格,为应对严苛的排放法规,工程上普遍采用增加柴油机颗粒物捕集器(Diesel Particulate Filter,DPF)的方式减少碳烟微粒的排放。DPF是控制柴油车颗粒物排放污染的有效手段,但其热再生时产生的排气温度较高,给周围环境带来安全隐患。叉车作为仓储搬运机械,其工作场所包含仓库等易燃易爆场所,排气温度过高具有较大的安全隐患。基于文丘里效应,通过理论分析,采用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)仿真软件Fluent,对一种降低DPF再生时排气温度的排气降温装置进行研究。At present,the situation of air pollution is serious,and the emission regulations for diesel vehicles are increasingly strict.In order to deal with the stringent emission regulations,the addition of diesel particulate filter(DPF)is generally used in engineering to reduce the emission of soot particulates.The DPF is an effective means of controlling particulate emission pollution from diesel vehicles,but its thermal regeneration produces high exhaust temperature and poses a potential safety hazard to the surrounding environment.The forklift truck is a storage and handling machine,and its workplace includes flammable and explosive places such as warehouses,where high exhaust temperature is a major potential safety hazard.Based on the Venturi effect,an exhaust cooling device to reduce the temperature of the exhaust gas during DPF regeneration is studied through theoretical analysis and the use of the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation software Fluent.
