摘  要:根据钣金检测的工艺流程,设计一套基于工业视觉的汽车钣金件柔性检测系统,可对机械零部件及汽车部件上的规格、尺寸、瑕疵、冲孔数量、焊接螺杆的规格、数量,钣金件的褶皱、毛边、裂纹和形变等内容进行检测。该系统具有模块化设计、柔性化程度高和检测效率高等特点。通过检测精度自适应稳定系统,解决环境光变化对检测精度的影响。为汽车行业传统三坐标测量仪钣金件质量检测的设备庞大,检测效率低等缺点及传统专用钣金件检测工装及检具的设计、制造周期长,成本高,柔性差,易受人为因素影响等缺点提供一种解决方案。According to the process flow of sheet metal inspection, a flexible inspection system for automotive sheet metal parts based on industrial vision is designed, which inspects the specifications, dimensions, defects, number of punches, specifications,number of welding screws, creases, burrs, cracks and deformations of sheet metal parts on mechanical parts and automotive parts.The system is characterized by modularized design, high flexibility and high inspection efficiency. The impact of ambient light changes on inspection accuracy is solved by the inspection accuracy adaptive stabilization system. It provides a solution to the shortcomings of traditional coordinate measuring machines(CMMs) in the automotive industry, such as large equipment and low inspection efficiency;and it also provides a solution to the shortcomings of traditional special inspection tools in the automotive industry, such as long design and manufacturing cycles, high costs, poor flexibility and susceptibility to human factors.
