摘 要:通过建立击穿实验平台,研究在合成酯油中环-平面间隙的预击穿与击穿现象和流注形状、长度、速度、击穿电压及起始位置,并与针-平面间隙进行比较。研究表明,当环形电极具有较小的环形半径时,击穿电压几乎相同,但流注速度对施加的电压更敏感;通过引入场增强因子以解释具有场不均匀性的实验结果,实验证明场增强因子是决定击穿现象是否发生的重要指标之一。研究结果可用于变压器安全性设计及技术改进,为变压器油的击穿特性提出新的研究思路。The pre-breakdown and breakdown phenomenon of the ring-plane gap in the synthetic ester oil, as well as the streamer shape, length, velocity, breakdown voltage and initial position, were studied by establishing a breakdown experimental platform, and comparing with the needle-plane gap. The results show that when ring electrodes have smaller ring radius, the breakdown voltage is almost the same but the streamer velocity is more sensitive to the applied voltage;field enhancement factor is introduced to explain the experimental results with field inhomogeneity. The experiment proves that the field enhancement factor is one of significant indicators to determine whether the breakdown phenomenon occurs. The research results can be used for the safety design and technical improvement of transformers, and provide a new research idea for the breakdown characteristics of transformer oil.
