摘　　要："十四五"卫生健康标准化工作提出逐步形成统一、权威、全面协调、管理规范、自主可控的全民健康信息化标准体系,同时应加强与国际医疗健康信息标准接轨,并将中国医疗健康信息标准国际化,为医疗健康资源更好地服务于一带一路建设形成基础性支撑。通过对国际DICOM标准本土化以及中国标准国际化的经验进行总结,进行相关路径探寻,以提高我国医疗健康信息标准与国际标准的对接、融合及国际化水平,为后期将国内医疗健康信息标准与医疗应用场景融入国际标准奠定基础,进一步丰富和完善全民健康信息化标准体系。Medical and health information standards will enter the 2.0 era,and it is necessary to gradually form a unified,authoritative,comprehensive,standardized management,autonomous and controllable national health information standard system.At the same time,it should strengthen the integration with international medical and health information standards,and internationalize China’s medical and health information standards,so as to form basic support for medical and health resources in order to better serve the construction of the Belt and Road.Through summarizing the experience of DICOM international standard localization and internationalization of Chinese standards,to explore the relevant path,so as to improve the docking,integration and internationalization level of Chinese medical health information standards and international standards,lay the foundation for the later integrating of domestic medical health information standards and medical application scenarios into international standards,and further enrich and improve the national health information standard system.
