摘　　要：目的探索和寻求区域医疗信息化建设与实践的方案。方法针对区域医疗信息化遇到的挑战进行需求分析,采用云计算建设思路,结合湖北省武汉市区域医疗信息化建设过程中的实践经验,总结建设思路和建设方案。结果根据武汉市区域医疗信息化的建设特点和建设需求,用云计算技术整合基础设施,提供平台支撑,分类建设各业务域相关信息系统,实现业务的全覆盖和业务监管的闭环。结论5G、物联网、云计算、大数据等新兴技术的组合应用,能够解决区域医疗信息化建设过程中的技术问题。本研究为日后区域医疗信息化建设提供了新的思路和参考。Objective To explore and seek the scheme of constructing of regional medical informatization.Methods Based on the demand analysis of the challenges encountered in regional medical informatization,this paper adopts the construction ideas of cloud computing in combination with the practical experience in the construction process of regional medical informatization in Wuhan,Hubei Province and summarizes the construction ideas and schemes.Results According to the construction characteristics and demands of regional medical informatization in Wuhan,the scheme use cloud computing technology to integrate infrastucture,provide platform support and construct classified information systems related to each business domain to achieve full coverage of the business and business supervision of the closed-loop.Conclusion With composite application of 5G,the Internet of things,cloud computing,big Data and other new technologies,technical challenges in regional medical informatization can be resolved.This research provides a new solution and reference for future construction of regional medical informatization.
