摘　　要：方庄社区卫生服务中心将信息技术应用于基层医疗机构的基本医疗服务和基本公共卫生服务,通过社区“互联网+卫生健康”管理服务标准化建设,不断规范社区卫生健康管理服务的各项行为,实现全科标准化诊疗流程。全科标准化诊疗由诊前前台基础服务、诊中诊室诊疗服务、诊后管理与追踪服务组成,是社区“互联网+卫生健康”管理服务标准化建设中的重要组成部分,通过规范签约居民健康服务、预约服务、健康评估服务、慢性病管理服务、药品配送服务及转诊服务,为辖区居民提供优质、便捷、高效的社区卫生健康管理服务。This paper discusses the application of information technology in basic medical treatment and basic public health services in primary medical institutions.Through the standardization construction of community"Internet+health"management services,it constantly standardizes various behaviors of community health management services.The standardized diagnosis and treatment process of the general practice consists of the basic services of the front desk before diagnosis,the diagnosis and treatment services in the diagnosis room and the management and tracking services after diagnosis.It is an important part of the standardization construction of community"Internet+health"management services.It provides high-quality,convenient,and efficient community management services for residents within the jurisdiction by standardizing contracted residents’health services,appointment services,health assessment services,chronic disease management services,drug distribution services,and referral services.
