摘　　要：数据库运维管理工作的质量对信息系统的正常运行有着最直接的影响,本文结合当前医院信息系统的建设和应用管理特点,从数据库运维管理的角度出发,探析医疗信息系统中数据库运维管理的有效途径,对数据库运维中出现的常见问题、数据库安全管理、数据库合理参数配置等内容进行分析,给出解决方案,并展望医院数据库运维管理将面对的问题和运维工作的发展方向。From the perspective of database operation and maintenance management,this paper combines the characteristics of the current construction and application management of hospital information system,explores the effective way of database operation and maintenance management in medical information system,analyzes the common problems in database operation and maintenance,database security management,reasonable parameter configuration of database,etc.,and gives solutions,further looks forward to the problems faced by hospital database operation and maintenance management and the development direction of operation and maintenance work.
