摘 要:汽车的虚拟耐久性试验是检测汽车质量、可靠性、安全性的重要试验项目。研究表明,基于虚拟试验场完成的耐久性试验可以大大缩短研发周期,加速不良问题的暴露并及时提出改进措施,减少汽车上市后不良问题的发生率。该文阐述了虚拟试验场及汽车耐久性技术,同时分析了基于虚拟试验场的汽车耐久性分析现状。目前基于虚拟试验场的耐久性分析可靠性高且周期短,常用于汽车研发前期,但仍不能完全替代实际道路试验。Virtual durability test of automobile is an important test item to test the quality,reliability and safety of automobile.The RESEARCH SHOWS THAT THE durability test based on the virtual test site can greatly shorten the research and development cycle,accelerate the exposure of adverse problems and put forward improvement measures in time,and reduce the incidence of adverse problems after the automobile market.This paper describes the virtual test site and vehicle durability technology,and analyzes the current situation of vehicle durability analysis based on virtual test site.At present,the durability analysis based on virtual test site has high reliability and short cycle,which is often used in the early stage of automobile research and development,but it still cannot completely replace the actual road test.
