摘　　要：在现代学徒制试点背景下,以河南职业技术学院汽车制造与试验技术专业现代学徒制试点为例,从产教融合、校企协同育人、人才培养方案、专业课程体系、课程标准、岗位标准、质量监控体系等方面,深入探索汽车制造与试验技术专业现代制的人才培养模式体系建设,积极试行多学期、分段式等灵活多样的教学组织形式,将学校的教学过程和企业的生产过程紧密结合,促进现代学徒制模式的广泛开展。Under the background of modern apprenticeship pilot,taking the modern apprenticeship pilot of automobile manufacturing and experimental technology major of Henan Vocational and Technical College as an example,We will deeply explore the construction of the talent training mode system of the modern system of automobile manufacturing and experimental technology major,actively try out flexible and diverse teaching organization forms such as multiple semesters and segments,closely combine the teaching process of schools and the production process of enterprises,and promote the extensive development of the moderm apprenticeship mode.
