基于层次分析法的校园入口景观质量评价——以江西农业大学为例

摘　　要：以江西农业大学主校区的北区入口景观为例,在其空间布局,景观构成等基础上加入文化性的维度进行实地调研,采用AHP层次分析法建立关于校园入口景观质量的评价模型,同时对江西农业大学入口的景观质量进行综合评价。研究结果显示:江西农业大学主校区北区入口景观质量得分为3.4413,质量等级为Ⅲ级(一般);各景观因子得分较为接近,均在一般(3.0~3.5分)水平及以上,其中,评价结果为良好的景观因子有4项(建筑美感度、校内外景观渗透性、生态功能性、景观地域性);评价为一般的景观因子有6项(装饰小品艺术性、植物造景美观度、景观层次丰富度、空间布局合理性、景观标识性、景观文化性);其中,装饰艺术小品艺术性(3.21分)、景观层次丰富度(3.25分)、景观标识性(3.17分)得分较低。In this paper, the North entrance landscape of the main campus of Jiangxi Agricultural University is taken as an example. On the basis of its spatial layout and landscape composition, the cultural dimension is added to the field research. AHP is used to establish the evaluation model of the campus entrance landscape quality, and the landscape quality of the entrance of Jiangxi Agricultural University is comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that the landscape quality score of the North entrance of the main campus of Jiangxi Agricultural University was 3.4413, and the quality grade was III(general). The scores of all landscape factors were close, and they were at the general level(3.0 ~ 3.5 points) or above. Among them, there were 4 good landscape factors(architectural aesthetics, landscape permeability inside and outside the school, ecological function and landscape regionalism). Six landscape factors were evaluated as general(art of decorative ornaments, beauty of plant landscaping, richness of landscape hierarchy, rationality of spatial layout, landscape identity and landscape culture). Among them, art deco sketches(3.21 points), landscape level richness(3.25 points), and landscape identity(3.17 points) scored low.
