论国际税法人才培养的创新路径  

On the Innovative Path of Cultivating the Talents of International Tax Law

摘　　要：法治人才培养与教育是全面依法治国系统工程的重要组成部分,其在涉外法治建设中具有基础性、战略性、先导性的地位和作用。由于师资薄弱、课程缺乏系统性及教材缺乏实务性等问题的存在导致复合型国际税法人才储备数量不足,如何创新国际税法人才培养机制值得深入探讨。近年来,武汉大学国际税法研究中心在国际税法人才培养模式、教学模式等方面做了一系列创新尝试,取得了较好的效果。未来各高校应当针对师资队伍建设、课程体系设置、教材建设及教学方式等多方面创新国际税法人才培养路径,稳步推进涉外法治专业人才培养目标和教育宗旨的实现,更好服务于党和国家高水平对外开放大局。The cultivation and education of the rule⁃of⁃law talents is an important part of comprehensively implementing the rule of law as a systemic project.It plays a fundamental,strategic and leading position and role in the construction of foreign⁃related rule of law.The shortage of compound talents of international tax law is caused by the lack of qualified teachers,systematic curriculum and practical teaching materials.It is an issue how to innovate the cultivation mechanism of international tax law talents,which is worthy of in⁃depth discussion.In recent years,the International Tax Law Research Centre of Wuhan University has made a series of innovative attempts in the cultivating and teaching modes of international tax law talents and achieved good results.In the future,colleges and universities should innovate the cultivation path of international tax law talent such as,the construction of teaching faculty,systemic curriculum,teaching materials and teaching methods,and steadily promote the realization of the cultivation goal and educational purpose of foreign⁃related rule of law professionals,so as to better serve the overall situation of high⁃level opening up of the Party and the country.
