摘　　要：基于1+X证书制度下高职老年护理专业课程教学存在的问题,从教学标准与职业技能等级标准有效衔接、优化课程设置及教学内容、制定课证融通方案、转变教学方法、加强学生就业引导、加强校企合作、组建老年护理教学团队、建设实践基地等方面出发提出改革策略,助力1+X证书制度试点工作的落实及“人人持证,技能河南”目标的实现。Based on the course teaching problems of geriatric nursing in higher vocational colleges under the 1+X certificate system,this paper put forward reform countermeasures,including effective cohesion of teaching standard and vocational skill level standard,optimizing the course setting and teaching content,establishing financing scheme of course and certification,changing teaching methods,strengthening employment guidance and cooperation between school and enterprise,organizing the geriatric nursing teaching team and building the practice base.By doing these,it was conducive to implement the pilot work of 1+X certificate system and the achieve the goal of "everyone holds the certificate and skill in Henan province".
