摘  要:目的研究小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)联合以案例为基础(CBL)的教学法用于肛肠科护理教学的效果。方法选取在我院肛肠科实习的护生(62名)作为研究对象,分为对照组和研究组,各31人,对照组采用传统护理教学法,研究组采用SPOC联合CBL教学法,实习时间为3个月,实习结束后对比分析两组护理教学效果。结果研究组护生理论考试、技能操作考核、病历书写以及病史采集考核成绩均明显高于对照组,语言沟通能力、独立思考能力、发现解决问题能力、自主学习能力、学习效率、激发学习兴趣及团队协作能力等方面评分均高于对照组,对教学满意度也明显高于对照组。患者对实习护生的工作胜任能力调查显示,研究组患者对实习护生服务态度、沟通能力、可信任度、护理技能等护理能力评分及总评分均高于对照组,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论肛肠科护理教学过程中采用SPOC联合CBL教学法可以有效提高学生护理技能和基础知识掌握度以及综合技术水平,教学效果较好,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To study the effect of teaching mode of small private online course(SPOC)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in anorectal nursing teacbing.Methods A total of 62 nursing students who practiced in the anorectal department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group,with 31 people in each group.The control group adopted traditional nursing teaching mode,and the study group adopted teaching mode of SPOC combined with CBL.After the 3-month internship,the nursing teaching effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Re sults The scores of theoretical examination,skill operation examination,medical record writing and medical history collection of nursing students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The scores of communication ability independent thinking ability,problem solving ability,self-learning ability,learning efficiency,learning interest stimulation and teamwork ability were higher than those in the control group.The teaching satisfaction was also significantly higher than that of the control group.The investigation results of patients’work competence for nursing students showed that the scores of nursing ability such as service attitude,communication ability,credibility and nursing skills of nursing students in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Teaching mode of SPOC combined with CBL in the teaching process of anorectal nursing can effectively improve students’nursing skills,basic knowledge mastery and comprehensive skills.The teaching effect is good and can be promoted vigorously.
