摘  要:目的调查三级医院重症监护室(ICU)护士职业生活质量现状,并分析其与护理工作环境的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、护士职业生活质量量表和护理工作环境量表对山东省9家三级医院298名ICU护士行横断面调查。结果三级医院ICU护士职业生活质量量表总分为(174.72±26.85)分,护理工作环境量表总分为(90.97±14.20)分。文化程度、对科室喜欢程度、平均月收入、收入满意度、近一年加班时数、睡眠状况及护理工作环境可影响护士职业生活质量,一般资料可解释职业生活质量总变异度的27.7%,护理工作环境可解释35.8%。结论三级医院ICU护士职业生活质量处于中等偏上水平。管理者可从改善护理工作环境、扩充护理队伍、提高护士学历、改善护士睡眠质量、提高收入等方面采取措施,提高护士职业生活质量,稳定ICU护理队伍,促进重症护理事业发展。Objective To investigate the quality of work life of nurses in intensive care unit(ICU)of grade-Ⅲhospitals,and to analyze its correlation with nursing environment.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 298 ICU nurses in 9 gradeⅢhospitals in Shandong Province by adopting general information questionnaire,nurses’quality of work life scale and nursing work environment scale.Results The total score of ICU nurses’quality of work life scale in grade-Ⅲhospitals was(174.72±26.85),and the total score of nursing work environment scale was(90.97±14.20).General information and nursing work environment such as education level,degree of preference for departments,average monthly income,income satisfaction,overtime hours in the past year,sleep status and so on can affect the quality of work life.General information accounts for 27.7%of the total degree of variation of work life quality,and nursing work environment accounts for 35.8%.Conclusion The quality of work life of ICU nurses in grade-Ⅲhospitalsis above average.Managers can take measures to improve the quality of nurses’work life,stabilize the ICU nursing team,and promote the development of intensive care nursing by improving the nursing work environment,nurses’education,nurses’sleep quality and income satisfaction,and hiring more nurses.is above average.Managers can take measures to improve the quality of nurses’work life,stabilize the ICU nursing team,and promote the development of intensive care nursing by improving the nursing work environment,nurses’education,nurses’sleep quality and income satisfaction,and hiring more nurses.
