摘　　要：进入新时代,我国高职中医教育面临新挑战。高职中医教育学制短,人才培养模式有待改革,人才培养质量尚待提高。基于此,探讨3项改革策略,一是通过升本科、办本科,打通纵向贯通的中医教育发展路径,扩大中医人才培养规模;二是通过更新教育内容,构建横向融合的中医教育内容体系,改革中医人才培养模式;三是开展教学诊断与改进,建立贯穿全程的中医教育内部质量保证体系,以提高中医人才培养质量。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)education in higher vocational college is facing new challenges in the new era.For TCM education,the length of schooling in higher vocational college is too short,personnel training mode needs to be reformed and the quality of professionals is poor. Three reform strategies are explored based on this.The first is to open up the vertical development path of TCM education and expand the scale of TCM personnel training by upgrading to and running undergraduate colleges;the second is to build a horizontal integration of TCM education content system and reform the training mode of TCM personnel by updating its contents;the third is to carry out teaching diagnosis and improvement,to establish the quality assurance system of TCM education throughout the whole process,so as to improve the quality of TCM personnel training.
