摘　　要：基于学生视角进行护理管理学课间实习需求问卷调查,以改进教学方案,为护理教学提供参考。研究表明,学生对于护理管理学课间实习需求调查问卷中闭合性问题均有较强烈的需求,对开放性问题的回答为完善教学方案提供了重要参考,应持续改进教学方案,不断提升护理教学质量。From the perspective of students,a questionnaire survey on the recess internship needs of nursing management course was conducted to improve the teaching plan and provide reference for nursing teaching.The research shows that students are in a strong demand for closed questions in the questionnaire about recess internship needs of nursing management course.The answers to open questions provide an important reference for refining the teaching scheme.The teaching scheme should have been refined to enhance the quality of nursing teaching.
