摘　　要：种植钉具有高效、舒适、可避免不希望的牙移动发生且不依赖患者配合等优点。种植钉广泛应用于上下颌横向、垂直向、矢状向问题的纠正。对目前下颌种植钉的临床应用进行综述,包括单颗磨牙的三维控制、下颌牙列中线的非拔牙治疗的横向应用、前牙深覆以及开治疗的垂直向应用、矢状向下颌全牙列远移治疗、下颌种植钉在骨性Ⅲ类错非手术治疗中的临床应用、疑难案例中下颌多颗种植钉的联合应用等。Implant nail has the advantages of high efficiency,comfort,avoiding unwanted tooth movement and not relying on patient cooperation.Implant nails are widely used in the correction of transverse,vertical and sagittal problems. This paper reviews the current clinical application of lower mandibular implant nails,including the three-dimensional control of a single molar,the lateral application of non-extraction treatment of the midline of the lower mandibular dentition,the vertical application of deep overbite and open treatment of the anterior teeth,the sagittal distalization of the lower mandibular full dentition,the clinical application of mandibular implant nails in non-surgical treatment of skeletal category Ⅲ malocclusion,and the combined application of multiple lower mandibular implant nails in difficult cases.
