摘　　要：教育新常态是一种以促进学生健全发展为根本目标的现代教育形态,通过解读教育新常态,深入探讨教育新常态下高校外语教师专业发展内涵,系统分析高校外语教师专业发展面临的问题,提出教育新常态下高校外语教师专业发展路径。The new normal of education is a modern educational form with the fundamental goal of promoting the sound development of students.Through the interpretation of the new normal of education,the connotation of professional development of college foreign language teachers under the new normal of education is deeply explored,the problems in the professional development of college foreign language teachers are systematically analyzed,and the path of professional development of college foreign language teachers under the new normal of education is proposed.
