摘　　要：传统认为江南园林是中国自然美学的代表,而在高度城镇化的当代中国,建筑如何面对自然成为一个正待探索的命题.淄博华侨城艺术中心在材料性、合院原型、内部空间和与场地的交界面等四个方面给出了自己的回应,揭示了中国自然文化深层的双面性,即一面温顺宜人,一面是清晰的人工介入.建筑师朱锫在设计中表现出建筑作为一种人造的自然美学实践探索,为批判性认识当代中国建筑提供了潜力.Jiangnan gardens are traditionally regarded as representative of Chinese aesthetics of nature.Yet,in highly urbanized contemporary China,how architecture treats nature has become an issue to be explored.The OCT Art Center in Zibo presents its unique response to this issue from three aspects:materiality,the internal space,and the interface with the site.The projest revgalg the dua!sdimentiens f Chinese culture re garding nature,which is submissve and pleasant on the one hand,and solid artificial intervention on the other.Architect Zhu Pei presents an aesthetic practice to explore architecture as a kind of man-made nature,offering the potential for a critical.understanding of contemporary Chinese architecture.
