摘 要:试验旨在研究饮水型精油复合酸化剂对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及抑菌效果的影响。选取350日龄罗曼灰商品蛋鸡672只,随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复21只鸡。各组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组在饮水中分别添加0.05%、0.10%和0.20%精油复合酸化剂。预试期7 d,正式试验期49 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,添加0.10%、0.20%精油复合酸化剂的蛋鸡产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验第21 d,0.05%精油复合酸化剂组蛋壳厚度显著提高(P<0.05);试验第35 d,0.20%精油复合酸化剂组鸡蛋的哈夫单位均显著提高(P<0.05)。不同浓度精油复合酸化剂均能够明显降低饮水pH值,抑制大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌生长。添加0.10%精油复合酸化剂可增加经济效益。研究表明,饮水中添加0.10%的精油复合酸化剂可在不降低蛋品质的基础上提高蛋鸡产蛋率,增加经济效益。The experiment was to study the effect of water-based essential oil compound acidifier on production performance, egg quality and antibacterial effect of laying hens. A total of six hundred and seventy-two 350-day-old Roman grey commercial laying hens were randomly divided into four groups with eight replicates in each group and 21laying hens in each replicate. Laying hens in each group were fed with a basal diet, and the experimental groups were fed with 0.05%, 0.10% and 0.20% essential oil compound acidifier in drinking water, respectively. The pre-test lasted for 7 d and the formal test lasted for 49 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the laying rate of laying hens supplemented with 0.10% and 0.20% essential oil compound acidifier was significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with control group, on the 21st day of experiment, the eggshell thickness of 0.05% essential oil compound acidifier group was significantly increased(P<0.05). On the 35th day of experiment, the Haugh unit of eggs in 0.20% essential oil compound acidifier group was significantly increased(P<0.05). Different concentrations of essential oil compound acidifier could significantly reduce p H value of drinking water, inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli and Salmonella.Adding 0.10% essential oil compound acidifier can increase economic benefits. The experiment indicates that adding 0.10% essential oil compound acidifier in drinking water can increase laying rate and economic benefit of laying hens without reducing egg quality.
