摘  要:试验旨在考察不同水平硅酸钠对产蛋高峰期罗曼蛋鸡产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响。选择310日龄体重相近的健康罗曼蛋鸡300只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。各组鸡分别饲喂添加0 (CK组)、0.5%(Ⅰ组)、1.0%(Ⅱ组)、3.0%(Ⅲ组)、5.0%(Ⅳ组)硅酸钠的基础日粮。试验期42 d。结果显示,与CK组相比,Ⅳ组蛋鸡的全期产蛋率、全期平均蛋重均显著降低(P<0.05);各试验组蛋鸡平均日采食量均显著升高(P<0.05)。与CK组相比,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组蛋黄和蛋清中的水分比例显著升高(P<0.05)。与CK组相比,Ⅰ组~Ⅳ组蛋清中17种氨基酸含量差异均不显著(P>0.05)。与CK组相比,Ⅱ组蛋清中氨基酸总量(TAA)、鲜味氨基酸(FAA)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。与CK组相比,Ⅳ组蛋黄中丙氨酸和脯氨酸含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与CK组相比,Ⅰ组蛋黄中TAA、EAA及FAA显著升高(P<0.05),Ⅳ组蛋黄中TAA、FAA显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,综合考虑产蛋性能和蛋品质,蛋鸡日粮中硅酸钠的添加量以0.5%~1.0%为宜。The experiment was to investigate the effect of different sodium silicate levels on laying performance and egg quality of Lohmann laying hens eggs during peak laying period. A total of three hundred 300-day-old healthy Lohmann laying hens with similar weight were selected and randomly divided into five groups, with six replicates in each group and ten hens in each replicate. The hens in each group were fed with basic diet supplemented with 0(group CK), 0.5%(group Ⅰ),1.0%(group Ⅱ), 3.0%(group Ⅲ) and 5.0%(group Ⅳ) sodium silicate, respectively. The trial period was 42 d. The results showed that compared with group CK, the laying rate and average egg weight of group Ⅳ were significantly decreased(P<0.05). The average daily feed intake of all test groups was significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with group CK,the proportion of water in egg yolk and egg white in group Ⅱ, group Ⅲand group Ⅳ was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with group CK, there was no significant difference in content of 17 amino acids in egg white of group Ⅰ~group Ⅳ(P>0.05). Compared with group CK, the content of TAA, EAA and FAA in egg white of group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with group CK, the content of alanine and proline in egg yolk of group Ⅳ was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Compared with group CK, TAA and FAA in egg yolk of group Ⅰ were significantly increased(P<0.05), while TAA and FAA in egg yolk of group Ⅳ were significantly decreased(P<0.05). The study indicates that 0.5%~1.0% sodium silicate is suitable for laying hens considering laying performance and egg quality.
