摘　　要：从创建幻方的参数模型入手,探讨幻和为定值的三阶幻方的个数,并给出相应幻方个数的一般公式.Starting with the parameter model of magic square,the number of magic squares of order 3 with magic sum as fix value was explored,and the general formula of the number of corresponding magic squares was given.
