摘  要:直接转矩控制(DTC)结构简单,动态性能好,适用于喷泉水泵电机变频调速系统.但传统DTC具有转矩波动较大的问题,并且由于使用零矢量导致共模电压较大.提出一种改进型DTC策略,先用两个方向相反的有效矢量合成的虚拟矢量代替零矢量,达到减小共模电压的效果;再用两个有效矢量合成幅值为有效矢量一半的虚拟矢量,增加备选矢量的数量,建立新的开关表,并结合多级转矩滞环比较器达到抑制转矩波动的目的.实验结果表明,与传统DTC策略相比,改进型DTC策略能有效抑制共模电压与转矩波动.Direct torque control(DTC)has simple structure and good dynamic performance,and is suitable for variable frequency speed regulation system of fountain pump motor.However,the traditional DTC has the problem of large torque ripple,and the common mode voltage is large due to the use of zero vector.In this regard,a new DTC strategy was proposed.First,the zero vector was replaced by a virtual vector synthesized by two active vectors in opposite directions to achieve the effect of reducing the common mode voltage;in addition,two active vectors were used to synthesize virtual active vector,whose amplitude is half of the active vector;thus the number of candidate vectors was increased,a new switching table was established,and the multilevel torque hysteresis comparator was combined to achieve the purpose of suppressing torque fluctuations.The experimental results show that,compared with the traditional DTC strategy,the new DTC strategy can effectively suppress the common-mode voltage and torque fluctuations.
