摘 要:运用文献资料法,剖析“互联网+”背景下家庭体育教育指导的含义、困境、现状、发展机遇,促进家庭体育教育发展。家庭体育教育发展存在互联网占据大量时间成本,阻碍家庭成员交流的困境。家庭体育教育的发展现状为社会和学校对家庭体育教育缺乏合理认知,家庭体育教育指导服务严重缺失,严重缺乏对家庭体育教育的细致指导。“互联网+”背景下家庭体育教育充满发展机遇,如开展线上系列讲座、录制微课视频、推动家庭体育教师专项培训、与第三方平台合作。This paper analyzes the meaning,dilemma,current situation and development opportunity of family physical education guidance under the background of“Internet+”by using the method of literature,so as to make contributions and strength for the development of family physical education in the future.We have found out the following dilemmas in the development of family physical education.The Internet takes up a lot of time cost and hinders communication among family members.The current situation of the development of family physical education is that the society and schools lack reasonable understanding of family physical education,the guidance service of family physical education is seriously lacking,and the detailed guidance of family physical education is seriously lacking.Under the background of“Internet+”,family physical education is full of development opportunities,such as online series lectures,recording micro class videos,promoting special training for family physical education teachers,and cooperating with third-party platforms.
