摘 要:“宪法与行政法”作为MPA行政管理方向的一门基础理论课,对培养医药类院校MPA学生的人权理念、宪法意识及法治思维具有重要意义,对我国公共卫生治理体系和治理能力的现代化、法治化至关重要。因此,应当在兼顾MPA学生跨学科学习的基础上,更新教学理念,在注重理论知识讲解的基础上利用“案例+实践”的教学方式,激发学生学习兴趣和运用知识解决实际问题的热情,增强法学与公共管理的联系,同时新增多元化考核方式、丰富考核标准,有效输出知识,以期达到良好的教学效果。As a basic theoretical course in MPA’s administrative direction,Constitution and Administrative Law are of great significance in cultivating students’human rights concepts,constitutional awareness and rule of law thinking.In particular,the cultivation of the above concepts of MPA students in medical colleges and universities is crucial to the modernization and legalization of China’s public health governance system and governance capacity.Therefore,on the basis of giving consideration to the interdisciplinary learning of MPA students,we should update the teaching philosophy,use the teaching method of“case+practice”on the basis of focusing on the explanation of theoretical knowledge,stimulate students’interest in learning and enthusiasm for using knowledge to solve practical problems,strengthen the relationship between the law and public management in this department,and add diversified assessment methods and enrich the assessment standards,in order to achieve good teaching resultseffective output of knowledge.
