摘  要:通过第二课堂,加强对医学本科生综合素质的培养,促进我国医学事业更好更快发展。海军军医大学生物医学防护教研室立足“医学微生物学”第二课堂,结合教学实际,将学生培养分为“导师带进门”和“修行在个人”两个阶段,即学生跟随导师组既有课题研究巩固基础的第一阶段,学生自主选题,导师组辅助设计、开展、总结并对全过程把关的第二阶段。以保证并促进本科生掌握微生物学基础知识为前提,以科研创新能力培养为主线,兼顾学习能力及适应能力的培养,全面提升医学生素质,形成了一套科学合理、行之有效、反馈良好的培养方案。Strengthening the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of medical undergraduates,through the second class,is of great significance to the better and faster development of China’s medical career.Based on the second classroom of Microbiology and combined with our reality,the biomedical protection teaching and research office of Naval Medical University divides the training of students is into two stages of“being brought into the classroom by tutor”and“autodidacticism”,that is,the first stage of students following the existing research of the tutor group to lay the foundation,and the second stage of the students’independent selection of topics.The tutor group assists in designing,carrying out,summarizing and checking the whole process.Based on the premise of ensuring and promoting undergraduate students to master the basic knowledge of microbiology,taking the cultivation of scientific research and innovation ability as the main line,taking into account the cultivation of learning ability and adaptability,and comprehensively improving the quality of medical students,a scientific,reasonable,effective and good feedback training program has been formed.
